Join Jillian Arena, Level III Reiki Master and Teacher, for this 2-day Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Level I & II Training.
Together, we will discuss the subtle energetic body and how it informs our day-to-day lives, as well as learn about the history of Reiki in the Usui lineage. Participants will gain access to the first three of the Reiki symbols which will allow them to tap into this powerful Universal energy that is available to all of us and helps to promote peace, healing, and clarity.
Reiki can be used on its own or as a complimentary practice for nurses, massage therapists, yoga teachers and healers of all kinds.
Plenty of time will be given for practical, hands-on application of the tools that are taught. We will also dive deep to uncover any limiting beliefs that may be causing you to be unsure of your own abilities as a Reiki practitioner, ensuring that you will leave the training feeling safe, confident, and excited to put this energy into practice for the highest good of both yourself and others. History & Placement One
After taking some time to introduce ourselves to one another and get connected, we will dive right in to learn about the history of Reiki and how it works. Following our discussion, participants will receive their first placement and have some space to practice on themselves.
Day Two

The Subtle Energy Body & Placement Two
The bulk of Day two will be dedicated to learning more about the subtle energy body and discovering different techniques and hand placements recommended to use during a session. Prior to lunch, participants will receive their second placement. The afternoon will be devoted to giving all attendees space to practice what they've learned and the day will end with some discussion on how to build a successful Reiki practice, a test on the symbols you have been given and a graduation ceremony.
